Our ingredients

To make our food, 10.6 kg of meat is dried in for a 12 kg bag, so that this can be better processed in our lump. With the right amount of vegetables, fruit and herbs, Yourdog is a healthy, nutritious choice for the dog.

Buffalo

At YourDog we use meat from fairly grown up and grass -lined buffalo. Buffelo meat is known for its creamy, fresh taste and rich color and is full of vitamins and minerals. With a lower cholesterol and fat content and fewer calories, this tender meat is full of health benefits.

Poultry

At YourDog we use duck, chicken and turkey which together ensure a delicious taste and aroma of the chunk. The highly digestible proteins in the poultry ensure good muscle building and are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Vegetable

To provide the dog with extra valuable nutrients, super healthy vegetables have been added to our food. For example, vegetables are not only nutritious, but they also have other healthy properties. Spices

The healthy herbs that enrich our food come from plants from Europe. The use of herbs, carrots, flowers, plants and algae has its origins thousands of years ago. These ingredients support the natural processes in the dog's body, such as digestion. Every ingredient that we add to our dog food has been carefully selected because of the positive properties. Depending on the size of the dog, the breed or the breed group, ingredients are brought to the attention. Ras -specific complaints can be reduced by the use of herbs, carrots, flowers and plants.

Welsh terrier specific vegetables, herbs and fruit

We carefully investigated the race properties of the Welsh Terrier. We have also conducted research into the properties of the FCI variety section and the FCI variety group to which the Welsh Terrier belongs. These studies, in consultation with leading Dutch nutritionist, have been selected that optimally benefits the health and well -being of the Welsh Terrier.

Spirulina

Spirulina is a nutritional supplement with an exceptionally high nutritional value, made of blue -green alga that can be found in tropical and subtropical areas. It belongs to the Microalgen family. Did you know that Spirulina can be grown in the room and consists of proteins for 60 to 70%?

It is rich in vitamins, including B12, minerals, such as calcium, iron, zinc, magnesium and potassium and all essential amino acids. Spirulina can contribute to the health and well -being of the dog in a general sense. In addition, it can contribute to supporting the immune system and promoting healthy skin and shiny coat. The alga also has a detoxifying effect and promotes digestion.

Root

The root as we know it now, or the Oranje Wortel, is the result of many years of crossings. The first white roots originally came from Iran and were brought to the Netherlands by the VOC in the 17th century.

Roots are an important source of vitamins and fibers. For example, roots contain retinol (vitamin A1) and beta-carotine, which is converted into vitamin A. This is important for the structure of capillaries and the health of all cells. The fibers in a root contribute to the digestion of the dog. In addition, roots are low in calories and good for fur and skin.

At YourDog we add root to dog food because this can make a positive contribution to the prevention of breed -specific complaints in relation to the dog's fur and skin. But also to promote good visibility and a healthy digestion.

Raspberries

The raspberry is a plant from the rose family and belongs to the genus Rubus. The cultivation of raspberries already goes back to the Middle Ages and occurs naturally throughout Europe.

Raspberries contain many substances that can support dog health, such as vitamins such as vitamin C, minerals such as manganese and antioxidants. Furthermore, raspberries are low in sugar and calories and rich in good fibers.

Raspberry is added to our dog food because of the anti -inflammatory properties and it can make a positive contribution to the functioning of the immune system. Raspberries can also contribute to the preservation of vision and a healthy heart and vascular system.

Pup, adult or senior?

To help you make the right choice between our Variant Welsh Terrier dog food, you can use the following guidelines. If your Welsh terrier is younger than 11 months, choose the Puppy variant. For a Welsh Terrier older than 7 years we recommend the Yourdog Welsh Terrier Senior. If your dog is older than 11 months and younger than 7 years, you can choose the adult variant.

Nutritional advice

Transfer advice

If you switch to YourDog from a different feed brand, we recommend following the following steps. For the first step you feed 25% YourDog and 75% of the old dog food. The dog can get used to this for two days. Then you feed 50% YourDog and 50% of the old dog food. It is important that you let the dog get used to it here again. Then mix 75% Yourdog and 25% of the old dog food. The dog is now almost completely left on YourDog. Do this for 2 days. At your own discretion you can start feeding 100% Yourdog Welsh Terrier dog food.

Storage advice

After opening the YourDog package, the diet is exposed to oxygen, moisture and light, which can affect the shelf life and taste. That is why it is important to store the food in a good way after opening the bag, preferably in an airtight storage box or ton in a dry, cool and dark place. It is best not to put the diet loose in the barrel, but to put it in the barrel with the entire bag, which you close again as well as possible.
