Our ingredients

To make our food, 10.6 kg of meat is dried in for a 12 kg bag, so that this can be better processed in our lump. With the right amount of vegetables, fruit and herbs, Yourdog is a healthy, nutritious choice for the dog.

Buffalo

At YourDog we use meat from fairly grown up and grass -lined buffalo. Buffelo meat is known for its creamy, fresh taste and rich color and is full of vitamins and minerals. With a lower cholesterol and fat content and fewer calories, this tender meat is full of health benefits.

Poultry

At YourDog we use duck, chicken and turkey which together ensure a delicious taste and aroma of the chunk. The highly digestible proteins in the poultry ensure good muscle building and are rich in vitamins and minerals.

Vegetable

To provide the dog with extra valuable nutrients, super healthy vegetables have been added to our food. For example, vegetables are not only nutritious, but they also have other healthy properties. The healthy herbs that enrich our food come from plants from Europe. The use of herbs, carrots, flowers, plants and algae has its origins thousands of years ago. These ingredients support the natural processes in the dog's body, such as digestion. Every ingredient that we add to our dog food has been carefully selected because of the positive properties. Depending on the size of the dog, the breed or the breed group, ingredients are brought to the attention. Ras -specific complaints can be reduced by the use of herbs, carrots, flowers and plants.

We have carefully investigated the race characteristics of the Samojeed. We have also conducted research into the properties of the FCI-RRAS section and the FCI variety group to which the Samojeed belongs. These studies, in consultation with leading Dutch nutritionist, have been selected in optimal ingredients that optimally benefit the health and well -being of the Samojeed.

Peppermint

Peppermint is a plant from the lip flowers family. It is the plant that led to making peppermints. Peppermint originated from a water coin intersection with aermunt. The plant was found in England in a field with mint plants in the seventeenth century. The plant is grown in England, France, China, Japan and in North and South America.

Peppermint can be added to dog food by us because this could make a positive contribution to the prevention of breed -specific complaints in relation to the intestines and the gallbladder. The occurrence of itching also belongs to the properties of the peppermint plant.

Peppermint can promote a fresh breath. The mint in peppermint can have an anti-cramp-like effect on the intestine and promotes the flow of bile in the intestine. In addition, it can have an antiseptic effect. Peppermint is rich in vitamins A and C and minerals such as calcium, copper, iron, magnesium and phosphorus.

Banana

The banana plant grows in tropical areas where the temperature does not fall below 10 degrees Celsius. There are even indications that the banana would have been cultivated in New Guinea about 7,000 years ago. The name is derived from the word Obanaana from the language of the Wolof population.

Bananas are rich in vitamins and minerals. Including vitamins A, C and B11 (folic acid) and the mineral potassium, magnesium, iron and zinc. The natural antioxidant, vitamin C, can strengthen the resistance. Vitamin B11, or folic acid, can support the immune system and can contribute to a properly functioning nervous system. Root

The root as we know it now, or the Oranje Wortel, is the result of many years of crossings. The first white roots originally came from Iran and were brought to the Netherlands by the VOC in the 17th century.

Roots are an important source of vitamins and fibers. For example, roots contain retinol (vitamin A1) and beta-carotine, which is converted into vitamin A. This is important for the structure of capillaries and the health of all cells. The fibers in a root contribute to the digestion of the dog. In addition, roots are low in calories and good for fur and skin.

Pup, adult or senior?

To help you make the right choice between our variants Samojeed dog food, you can use the following guidelines. If your Samojeed is younger than 11 months, choose the Puppy variant. For a Samojeed older than 7 years we recommend the Yourdog Samojeed Senior. If your dog is older than 11 months and younger than 7 years, you can choose the adult variant.

Nutritional advice

Transfer advice

If you switch to YourDog from a different feed brand, we recommend following the following steps. For the first step you feed 25% YourDog and 75% of the old dog food. The dog can get used to this for two days. Then you feed 50% YourDog and 50% of the old dog food. It is important that you let the dog get used to it here again. Then mix 75% Yourdog and 25% of the old dog food. The dog is now almost completely left on YourDog. Do this for 2 days. At your own discretion you can start feeding 100% Yourdog Samojeed dog food.

Storage advice

After opening the YourDog package, the diet is exposed to oxygen, moisture and light, which can affect the shelf life and taste. That is why it is important to store the food in a good way after opening the bag, preferably in an airtight storage box or ton in a dry, cool and dark place. It is best not to put the diet loose in the barrel, but to put it in the barrel with the entire bag, which you close again as well as possible.
