The American AGM Global Vision is a robust night vision trailer that is suitable for long-term observations at large distances. The Gen2 Residual light amplifier has an optical 5x magnification and a large 140mm lens with a high light output. The AGM Foxbat-5 comes standard with a long-range LED infrared stranger (850nm/1,000mw).

The night viewer is equipped with a generation of 2 image tube (IIT) in Night Vision Green. This is the classic navy green image and is also referred to as Green Phosphor. The screen ensures that the residual light or ambient lights present is strengthened thousands of times. Because the night viewer has one screen tube, but still two oculars, this is called a biocular. You can use the residual light amplifier with two eyes at the same time, which means that you can observe for a long time, comfortably. In contrast to a monocular night viewer (suitable for one eye), you do not have to close one eye continuously. There is a hand belt on the side of the housing so that you can comfortably wear the viewer in your hand. With the supplied tripod it is possible to position the viewer stably.

Infrared obligation

Because the residual light amplifier is equipped with a display tube, even a minimum amount of residual light is converted into a visible image. This allows you to work for a long time without an IR vigorous obligation. But if you are in complete darkness without any form of ambient light, you can use the supplied AGM SIOUX850NM Long Range Infrared Stranger. This IR Illuminator offers a light source outside the visible spectrum, so that you can observe in complete darkness without being detected. The advantage of 850NM IR is that you have maximum power - viewing distance up to no less than 1 kilometer - but the infrared glow is visible when looking directly in the IR source at a short distance. You can set the jet in terms of power and size of the jet.

If you prefer to use a 940NM infrared radiator, the AGM SIOUX940 is optionally available. A 940NM IR has an invisible glow, but also a less large range than 850NM IR.

Application AGM Foxbat-5 (NL1)

This residual light amplifier is extremely suitable for nocturnal observations at large distances. Especially when you want to observe for a long time, comfortable and from a standstill/slowly moving, the AGM Foxbat-5 is indispensable. For example, you can think of security, rescue operations and tactical applications, but this residual light amplifier is also a valuable tool for hunters, skippers or nature lovers. With the thread connection on the underside you can attach the AGM Foxbat to the supplied tripod.

This night viewer is equipped with a residual light-enhancing image tube, so you cannot use the device during the day. The device will be switched off automatically when there is too much light.
