Other ingredients such as mariastistel, raspberry leaf, peppermint leaf, nettle leaf, and adhesive herb contribute to a healthy digestion, antioxidant boost and inflammatory braking. Add a tablespoon daily to freshly sliced vegetables and fruit or mix it with the daily seed mixture for a delicious and challenging meal.
