- After the assembly of the new brake pads, it is very important that the cubes are mentified, this extends the lifespan.
- How do you improve the lifespan of your disc brake blocks:
- Keep the brake lever on lightly while you drive and make sure the brake pads touch the brake disc.
- Drives approximately 100 meters at a speed of 25 kilometers per hour and brake at the end a little harder to reduce the speed to about 5 kilometers per hour.
- Then slowly raise the speed while slightly braking.
- Repeat this 10 to 12 times to ensure that your new brake pads are properly finished.
